I love Martha Stewart Recipes -- my latest favorite.... Vegetable and Tofu Pad Thai. I made the sauce with just the soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar -- omitted the eggs and replaced the vegetable oil with coconut oil (of which I used very sparingly). This will be made again!
