The new SeaCity Museum opened up to the public exactly 100 years, down to the time, when the Titanic set sail. The museum cost a staggering 16 million and promises to tell the story of the doomed crew and passengers.

It reads ten minutes to two, right around the time on April 15, 1912 that the Titanic became completely submerged in water.
