This beautiful project was made in a fifth grade art class. Teacher Joanna Davis of We Heart Art explains how it was done using tin foil, yarn, glue and Sharpies.

Gather leaves, grasses, etc. Spray glue to adhere foliage to cardboard or canvas board. Cover with cheap foil gluing flaps that wrap around. Spray with cheapest black spray paint. Polish off paint with very fine steel wool.

NTS: Use craft foam and do the tin foil/write w/glue thingy to wrap label around neck of bottle or mod podge tin foil onto bottle or photo maybe with a foil frame?? Could wrap with wire and glue something pretty onto the wire (an agate or shell?)
