"THM Pancake Heaven" Just like buttermilk pancakes. 6 eggs 6 Tbsp oat fiber or THM baking blend 2 tsp vanilla, 8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese 1 tsp Gluccie or Xantham gum, Sweetener to taste.I used 6 packets of Truvia I use my mixer after the cream cheese is softened.
