Towers of Bologna - A group of medieval structures in Bologna, Italy, built between the 12th and 13th centuries. The two most prominent ones, called the TWO TOWERS, are the landmark of the city. The heights of the these two are: the Asinelli Tower 318 feet, and the Garisenda Tower 157 feet (it was lowered from 197 feet in the 14th century). Both towers are leaning.

Norwich Cathedral, cloister and labyrinth - Norwich, England, UK - begun in 1096 and constructed out of flint and mortar and faced with a cream-coloured Caen limestone. A Saxon settlement and two churches were demolished to make room for the buildings. Completed in 1145 with the Norman tower still seen today topped with a wooden spire covered with lead.
