When episodes of "The Sopranos" are aired on basic cable or broadcast TV, they way they're edited now, I think a tremendous disservice is being done to the viewing public. Instead of looping in new dialogue for the naughty words, the words should be simply bleeped out. Airing the show could then also count as public service programming since it could double as a hearing test for viewers.
