Boneshaker Choppers

The work of Benny Thomas, who runs Boneshaker Choppers in the Midlands. The motor is from a 2003 Harley Sportster, upgraded to 1200 cc with Wiseco pistons. It sits in a Flyrite Choppers Smokin’ Gun rigid frame, powdercoated satin black like the tank, and hooked up to stock Sportster forks that have been lowered two inches.


This Raleigh Chopper ad from 1970 caused an era of Parents to buy them for their chopper mad children to race around the cul-de-sacs and avenues of Great Britain and beyond. With several colours to choose from there was a chopper to suit every childs taste. So retro, so cool and if you had one and your friends didn't. rest assured, they envied you. A real classic.
