MADE THESE 06/15/13 and they are very good. I used tenderized round steak and I didnt slice thin, I cut into several pieces . I used green pepper instead of red, I used 1/2 stick of imperial for the butter. I also doubled for family of 5. Cooked on high for 2 hours and low for 4 hours. They were so tender I mashed with fork into hamburger like consistency. I forgot the salt but they were still really good. We are making again very soon..I also spooned a tiny bit of juice onto each sandwich/
