Rio Olympics: Usain Bolt wins; GB golds for Whitlock, Murray, Rose & Kenny
Great Britain won three golds in the space of two hours to briefly move above China into second place in the medal table on day nine of Rio 2016. British gymnast Louis Smith was the final competitor to perform in the men’s pommel horse discipline and scored exactly the same as leader Krisztian Berki of Hungary. But Smith, 23, had to settle for silver and not his treasured gold because Berki had been awarded 9.166 for the execution of his exercise to the home favourite’s 9.066.
