Yoga For Your Feet: Our feet are pretty amazing. They account for 25% of the bones in our body and have over 250,000 sweat glands. They take us where we need to go and give us mobility and freedom of movement. The feet are among the first indicators of disease. For instance, ailments like nerve and circulatory disorders as well as diabetes and arthritis tend to show the first symptoms at the feet. They may become numb or have a tingling sensation.
Alloy shoes. Lots of girls got sprained ankles in the 90s... These shoes were too expensive, so I had the cheap K-mart ones, and yes, there were sprained and twisted ankles aplenty... I have weak ankles anyhow, but the shoes probably didn't help much!
ME !!!! Or me, either, Jody (pinner I repinned this from). Work out, drink too much, get a cold, sprain an ankle - you recover from it eventually. I'm so sick of this shit (sorry, just being honest) never goes away. And I'm really, really tired of feeling this way and working so hard just to make the best of it.
