River Cottage Flapjacks - basic recipe with list of easy variations. I made Maple & Pecan, but added raisins, much less sugar, 5 tbps maple syrup, & a couple of tbps peanut butter at the end bc the mix was very dry.  Baked for an extra 10 minutes. Perfect chewy texture once cooled.
