Pheasant in Mustard Sauce Recipe | Taste of Home Recipes I made this tonight with the pheasant my hubbie shot. Very good, would be great with chicken too. I used thyme as I had no marjoram, I left out the onion as I was out and I substituted corn oil for canola oil. Very good sauce, even though sauce was thin.
