So true! I can think of so many people who share pictures of every workout, every selfie, every sunset, every party, every moment of their lives. It's so obvious they're looking for attention, looking for likes to reinforce themselves and self-worth. If you constantly have to prove you have a perfect life, you are unhappy. Stop sharing, stop bragging and updating. Be private, be humble, be real, unplug, stop updating. Stop living with your ego.
