Yummy quick tofu stir fry! Asparagus, green beans, green onion, shiitake mushroom and tofu. Just brown firm tofu, set aside, and add chopped asparagus and green beans let them simmer in oil until they begin to soften, add mushrooms and onions, cover with lid. When veggies are tender add tofu and stir fry sauce. Make sure you stir constantly! Serve over rice and enjoy!
