Super easy Slow Roasted St. Louis Style Ribs made in the oven ~ These came out yummy! I did the dry rub and the oven method and then for the last half hour I used some BBQ sauce. Next time I will cut down a little on the salt (pork is salty as it is) and also cut down the cayenne a little for the kids (they thought it was a bit too hot though it was fine for the adults).
St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake. This is the recipe for my most requested party/tailgate dessert. Some call it my "Blow Cake!" Still not sure if that's because I top it with so much powdered sugar or because it's so addictive. It's really BAD!
