This slow-cooked squirrel is a no brainer for a first-time cooker of squirrel. My husband and 2 sons were very impressed as if I had been making this dish my entire life. The meat will fall off the bone.
Looks yummy! Gotta give it a try. Slow-cooked rabbit stew. Only used 1 rabbit but kept the rest of the ingredients the same (except for the sugar which i cut down to and upped the garlic & celery). Needed more stock after about an hour. Its a keeper.
