The sting of the Hawkwasp is likened to being electrocuted, or having your blood replaced by fire. One researcher said the pain is so excruciating, it removes your ability to do practically anything, except possibly scream. It is the 2nd most painful insect sting in the world. Simply terrifying.
This jumping spider of the Peckhamia genus demonstrates myrmecomorphy (i.e. ant mimicry). Myrmecomorphy is used by various kind of animals for protection (as most animals fear ants for their painful bites) or by predators to better stalk ants for food.
