Brent Station, 1973. __ On a wet January day, a train of 1938 tube stock bound for Edgware calls at Brent (not yet named Brent Cross). The space to the right of the track is the site of one of the passing loops at this station used from 1927 to 1936 to allow one train for London in the morning and one from London in the evening to overtake a stopping train here.
