There are other Dairy free options to milk other than soya, and each have their own specific benefits, and all are natural. Rice milk in my favourite, you can pick up flavoured variations from health food shops such as holland and barrett. These are great if you are on a vegan or low calorie diet, seeing as cow's milk can be quite fattening
Just doctored this recipe so it's a little healthier! 1c whole wheat flour instead of AP (you can also subtract a tablespoon and add in a tablespoon of flax meal for added benefits!) natural peanut butter in place of canola oil, and about 10 drops of liquid stevia in place of the sugar. Turned out so fluffy and delicious!
