Grandma's Sourdough Biscuits

My grandma makes these every time we go over for dinner. I got my starter from her, so I too make these every couple weeks when I need to use up some starter. They are really fast and easy, and taste delicious right out of the oven.

Sourdough Biscuits

Sourdough biscuits is one of those perfect recipes that uses up plenty of ripe starter, but doesn’t take all day to rise.

Sourdough Biscuits- Oh wow, fantastic. After trying many recipes, I found a great one. The only thin I changed, is that I didn't have time to roll n cut, so left out 1/2 cup flour and did drop biscuits, in a large cast iron pan, with 1/2 stick of melted marg. I raised oven temp to 425, they don't brown till the very end. Soft, but holds together great for breakfast sandwich, nice crunch on the bottoms. Makes A LOT!
