Tonk's Tri Tip Juice  1/2 cup water  1/4 cup olive oil  1/4 cup lemon juice  2 tablespoons sugar  2 tablespoons soy sauce  1 tablespoon black pepper  1 tablespoon seasoned salt  1 tablespoon garlic powder  1 tablespoon onion powder    Combine all ingredients the day before using to marinate your tri tip. Store in the refrigerator.
