This is some bullsh*t. Yeah, don't eat the burger and fries EVERY DAY... but chocolate? Chocolate has an important neurological effect. It significantly lowers the impact of stress on your body. It produces serotonin. IT IS GOOD FOR YOU. Being skinny is stupid if you're going to be unhappy.
