Here is a fantastic steak marinade, courtesy of Rachael Ray. I've used it so many times, for steak sandwiches and salads, quick skillet steaks, and nice big juicy steaks on the grill. It has become a favorite method in our house if we are looking for something a little more then just olive oil, kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
