Men's coral silk stockings, 1725-1750. Frame knitted, both sides woven with cream clocks surmounted by a five balled crown, above flower and foliage meanders flanking the cream foot inserts, the top woven with a wide band flanked by two narrower bands.
Lady's Italian Renaissance Blue brocade gamurra and gold giornea (previous page) according to Italian fashion (1485). Beside dress consists of white silk camicia with embroidery around neck and writs, embroidered flax braies and silk stocking. Everything is handmade.
