Become in tune with your mind and body. Be aware of what your triggers are to come up with a proactive plan. Do reach out. And most of all, love yourself enough to know that one relapse does not define you or make you weak.
being in recovery is badass! something that i have always kept to myself because i thought i was ok so i didnt need to talk about it...then i had a serious relapse because i ignored the warning signs, but thankfully the road to recovery is always there.
