Firecracker Baked Salmon - major yum! -Had to cook it a little longer (~ 25 min) to get to 145° -Made 1.5x the sauce for 3 pieces of salmon. Perfect because it made some extra to drizzle on the quinoa we had as a side.  -Used 1/2 sriracha and 1/2 Aruba mango hot sauce -Great with a side of roasted broccoli
