Bear with me. A story here. Ramones--Rocket to Russia. I saw this album in a Rolling Stone magazine add and it so intrigued my 15 year old mind I bought it. Blind. I can honestly say this piece of vinyl changed the way I played and loved music from the moment the needle hit the record.

We Are Born to Make a Fairy Tale Come True! 1960 Artist: Valentin Viktorov (1909-1981) After the Soviet Luna-1 rocket became the first manmade object to reach heliocentric orbit, it was dubbed “the Tenth Planet”. Viktor Ivanov was an important Soviet artist who worked in a variety of graphics genres. As a posterist, he won two State Prizes and numerous awards in international competitions.

Here's a cool heater to warm you up as winter approaches. The fireplace is surrounded by sculpted cob - a mixture of clay, sand & straw - that absorbs the heat from the fire and stays warm long after the fire is done burning.
