SpecialK Loaf — Traditional Seventh-day Adventist vegetarian casserole. Kinda like meatloaf. Great topped with sour cream, gravy, ketchup, etc (one of those, not all together!). Leftovers make great sandwiches, too. We use walnuts instead of pecans.
