Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks Recipe ♦ 2lb head cabbage, 1" slices • 1½ Tbs olive oil • 2-3 large garlic cloves, smashed • salt • black pepper • olive oil spray OR non-stick cooking spray ♦ 400º ♦ spray pan, rub both sides w/ garlic, spread olive oil both sides, sprinkle salt n pepper both sides ♦ 30 min each side until lightly brown and crispy. Garlicky roasted cabbage steaks with a hint of fennel. I served it over a buttnernut, red rice, pine nut basil stir fry, with a dalop of homemade houmous I made with olive oil I brought back from Peru! It was really good, but *NOTE* I would cut down the salt quite a bit if I were to make it again. The cabbage crispy bits were delsih like cabbage chips!!

Roasted Cabbage ~ INSANELY Delicious, Easy, Inexpensive, and Healthy ~ 1 t. Olive Oil, 2 T. Bacon Bits, 2 T Lemon Juice, 1 T. Worcestershire, 1/4 t. Salt, 1/4 t. Pepper, 1 Cabbage, Quartered, Individually Wrapped. Bake at 425 Degrees for 20-30 Minutes.
