London's Richmond Park is famous for its deer, which roam freely throughout the year within its borders. Autumn is a great time to visit, as the park is amazingly colorful and the deer look lovely on the fallen leaves.
Castles: Hampton Court Palace, London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames, Greater London, Middlesex, England. It was originally built for Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, a favourite of King Henry VIII, circa 1514; in 1529, as Wolsey fell from favor, the palace passed to the King. It exhibits its original Tudor style, as well as signs of its later Baroque remodeling.
