Ginger bread - easy peasy. Dump everything in the processor and blitz, chill for 15 mins and then dough is ready. Dough handles well - good for kids. Also, it's not too sweet, so the resulting biccies can handle a little icing nicely.
Mulling syrup. Amazing recipe. Add a little to a glass/bottle of wine or cider and warm for a delicious Christmas drink. Recipe is easy. I used a couple of star anise instead of all spice. Fab for when you just want one glass of mulled wine.
