Simply combine Quaker® oats, brown sugar, dried cranberries, ground cinnamon and salt with skim milk, egg whites, vegetable oil, vanilla and fruit yogurt and bake for an hour. Once your hour spent watching TV, cleaning around the house or raking leaves is up, you’ll have a warm and yummy cake of baked oatmeal. As always, we suggest serving with milk. ;)
