Coming from a Quaker background this sounds like an "advice and query" but i think it's appropriate for work too - so.... esp maybe, in a quiet library "Open your mouth only if what you are going to say is more beautiful than silence."
From the beginning Quakers have been actively involved in social justice and reform.
