dal makhani restaurant style recipe. one of the most popular punjabi creamy lentil recipe. Very yummy though not as good as restaurants as it claimed. Though I took a couple shortcuts using split urad dal and canned kidney beans so I didn't need to soak for hours. I also pureed half to get a smother texture which was gorgeous.
