Maple Glazed Sweet PotatoesI never found the recipe, so I sliced the sweet potatoes up, cooked them on the stove with a little oil and a sprinkle of salt, then combined 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 2-3 Tbsp water (microwaved it just to dissolve the sugar first) then added it to the potatoes, covered the pan to steam them for 3-4 min. then took the lid off and reduced the sauce to a glaze, added a dash of cinnamon and some craisins. It was so yummy!
