Plywood Cut To Size

Genius. I got a 4x8 sheet of half-inch plywood cut into thirds at Home Depot to end up with 3 pieces of 32x48" -- a good size to fill the empty wall in the dining room. With one-inch spacing, it gave me 32x48 pixels. I scaled down a world map to that size and posterized it to 5 colors (white + 4 shades of gray).

Hey, I found this really awesome Etsy listing at

I love blackboard paint, but if you rent, painting the wall is often not an option (especially black!) Instead, have some plywood cut to size, paint with chalk board paint, and stand on the floor. No fixing required!

We love modular designs! How about this idea: cut blocks in different sizes to create a textured look for your wall.

This would work for feeder too, sized to hold inverted 5 gal water jug. Base is lifted to keep them from getting dirt in it. Outside in coop run area. Feeder / waterer on top of sturdy plywood & galvanized awning so can be accessed without entering run
