'Pistol' Pete Maravich of LSU in 1968. He is still the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division 1, with 3,667 points and an average of 44.2 points per game. This was achieved before the 3-point line was introduced. One of the best college basketball player in history.

Pete Maravich, the All Time NCAA scoring leader with 44.2 points per game. He sent these records in 1968-70 and no one has coming close to eclipsing it. He was three time SEC player of the year and three time All American in these years. One of my all time favorite basketball players ever!!
