Slimming World: Satay Chicken. Serves 4 - 1.5 syns per serving. 6 tbsp dark soy sauce. Juice of 2 limes. 1 level tbsp reduced fat smooth peanut butter. 1 level tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Salt & pepper. 800g chicken. Mix ingredients, add chicken & marinade 15 mins. Fry, oven cook or BBQ as desired. Nice served with egg fried rice (recipe in folder) and stir fried vegteables.
