Grilled Northern Pike 2 lbs northern pike ½ c salad oil 2 TBS parley ½ tsp. Worcest. sauce 1 dash hot pepper sauce ¼ c lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika Cut pike into 6 pieces. Combine other ingredients exc. paprika. Place in a shallow dish, cover w/mixture. Marinate room temperature for 1hr, turn 1x. Drain, set aside marinade. Place in greased broiler basket, sprinkle with salt. Grill on med. hot coals 5-8 min. Baste w/marinade, turn. Grill 5-8 min. until flakes easily with a fork.
