Join us at the Kimberly Library September 12, 19, 26 from 3:45-4:30 to learn basic sign language. The program is geared for children K-6 and will cover letters, numbers, colors, days of the week, question words, basic sentences, and frequently used signs in school.

Hieroglyphics - print a copy for each student and have them cut out the pictures to spell their names.

Fish for Shapes game...I could use this as a matching game for end-of-the-year review. Specifically, I'd write the shape's name on one fish {cylinder} and draw a picture of it on another fish. ~RA

Jolly Phonic Tricky Word Tree This is my version of it. Words are attached to the wall with velcro, so you can easily put on and remove the words.

Found a great idea for intervention block this morning except I"m going to use picture cards for the children to match the beginning sound to around the table :)
