Branding // Claridge's Hotel. London-based branding and graphic design studio Construct designed this graceful brand identity for Claridge’s Hotel. The new design conveys a touch of Art Deco and timeless glamour. Claridge’s crest has been revised and a new sophisticated typeface has been used for the logotype to emphasize the hotel’s elegance. Construct have already created more than 200 different products for the hotel.
This fox and crow branding design works very well, I love the imagery and how it is used. The silhouette does the design justice, I think that if there was colour added, you would lose the idea behind it. I like how the grunge texture is incorporated into the imagery too. Creates a catchy effect. Don't think this branding could be very versatile, would work well as a logo though.
Saul Bass (1920 –1996) was an American graphic designer and filmmaker, perhaps best known for his design of film posters and motion picture title sequences. Bass also designed some of the most iconic corporate logos in North America
