Peanut Butter Flapjack. Amend recipe: add 200g of dark choc; more peanut butter (add 50g to make 150g); and use half-half coconut/ground almond (50g) each. Cut into 10 and each piece will have be protein rich - just under 10g!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Squares- made these tonight with some adjustments. No honey so used brown sugar and maple syrup, was too thick so added some vanilla and coconut oil to the PB mix and they taste AH-mazing!
