Peach Margarita Cooler 6 lg peaches ¼ c lemon juice ¼ c sugar 4 tbsp lime juice 4 tbsp orange juice 4 oz Tequila 4 oz white wine Lemon lime soda PREP Remove peach pits; dice into ½" pieces. Set aside 1 cup. Add remaining peaches, juices, sugar to blender; process until smooth. Pour into loaf pan; freeze at least 6 hours. Combine lime juice, orange juice, tequila, and wine. Scoop 3-4 scoops sorbet into glass. Top with 3 oz of tequila/wine mixture. Garnish with reserved peaches, top with soda.
Fresh Peach Margaritas - 6 Ripe Peaches, cut in half, pitted, and peeled (don't peel if you like a chunkier puree), 1/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, 3 Tblsp Confectioners' Sugar, 1 Cup tequila, 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice, 1/2 Cup Triple Sec, 1 lime, cut into wedges. Blend until smooth.
