scrumptious spanish chickpea & chorizo soup.....from Jamie Oliver. I add some hot smoked paprika, and sometimes use a tin of chopped plum tomatoes with a tin of tinned cherry tomatoes instead of the fresh tomatoes. A more tomatoey, but equally delicious soup!
