Panettone Bread Pudding ~ Oh my it was divine. changed it up using Limoncello in place of Amaretto plus some fresh lemon zest. For the bread part I toasted the slices of Panattone and slathered with coconut oil on both sides, cubed bread and put in 9 x 13 and covered with coconut. for egg mix I used the whip cream but subbed egg nog for the 1/2 & 1/2. cut the sugar in half also. OH SO divine!
Fancy flump marshmallow ropes from Meringue Girls: Everything Sweet are super fun to make. Marshmallows are made exactly the same way as an Italian meringue - adding hot sugar syrup to stiff egg whites - but with the addition of gelatine to make them set. We suggest making this with friends, as the marshmallow mixture sets quite quickly and you need a few hands on deck to pipe the ropes before it does. Good messy fun.
Panettone bread pudding. Similar To the recipe I created. I add a small bit of caramel extract as it gives a tiny bit of a sweeter, buttery taste and serve it with caramel whip cream or a rum caramel sauce for us big people! its amazing!
