Got this from a fitness chick Paige Hathaway. Yes I get some of my workout stuff from females. I am going to try this today. You try it too....just scale down some exercises if you need to.

Paige Hathaway Recipe: 1 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter 1/2 mashed Banana (medium size) 3tbsp sugar-free Maple Syrup 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips What todo: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips. When mixed together well fold in dark chocolate pieces. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a 8' baking pan. Then slowly pour and evenly spread batter. Bake for about 20mins
