Cheesy Potato Breakfast Casserole serves 12-15 1 pound Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage, cooked 1 yellow onion, chopped, sauteed in sausage grease 7 eggs 1/2 cup milk 20 ounce bag frozen Ore-Ida Diced Hash Browns 8 ounce brick of Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated Salt & Pepper, to taste

ONE-DISH BREAKFAST: 1 lg. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien; 2 1/2 C. milk; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained; 6 eggs, well beaten; 1 C. sharp cheese, shredded. Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Place potatoes and sausage in dish. Pour in eggs, milk and salt which have been combined. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
