Humphrey Bogart - by George Hurrell - Hurrell developed the classic movie star headshot from the the 20's through the 40's. After the war his classic style somewhat lost favor but he had a renascence in the mid-60's. Just before his death in the 90's he was back to photographing movie stars of the day. You may not know the name but his style is burned into your photographic subconscious.
