On weekends my bf and I like to get a bit fancy in the kitchen and today's dinner menu: Octopus Salad! This dish is quite simple actually: Clean and boil octopus for 45 min to 1 hour until tender Cut into bite size pieces Add chopped red onions green pepper tomatoes celery parsley Drizzle with lemon vinegar and olive oil Salt and pepper to taste (Best served after chilled in fridge for an hour or two) We had this with a serving of black beans making it a filling dinner! #inherently #...
