Seventy-seven years ago today, the Nazi invasion of Poland marked the beginning of World War II, a conflict that would encompass nearly the whole globe and take the lives of more than 60 million people. I was reminded of this anniversary this week when another Fellowship Freedom Flight carried more than 200 olim (immigrants) from war-torn Ukraine to their biblical homeland in Israel.
